Coverall North America, Inc., a franchisors of commercial cleaning businesses, announced that it has acquired the assets of Cavalier Services, Inc. (“Coverall of Oregon”), a Master-owned location, as part of the brand’s long-term growth strategy to strengthen its presence. Additionally, Coverall is seeking qualified entrepreneurs to further expand the brand’s footprint in new markets throughout the state.

“With this acquisition comes a significant opportunity to increase the presence of the Coverall brand®, especially in our West Division,” said Rick Ascolese, President and CEO of Coverall North America, Inc. “Small businesses are a critical part of Oregon’s economy, and by deepening our roots and brand presence in Portland, we are able to continue to support existing Coverall Franchised Businesses while introducing new business opportunities to prospective franchised business owners in the area.”

Coverall worked with Coverall Master Franchised Business Owner and former owner of Cavalier Services, Inc., John Bartholf, to ensure a smooth transition during the acquisition.

“It is because of dedicated and hardworking Master Franchised Business Owners like Mr. Bartholf that Coverall is recognized as a leading franchised brand in the commercial cleaning industry,” said Ascolese. “His passion and desire to help others extends beyond the business world as he is an active philanthropist, donating services, time and funds to several charities both nationally and locally.”

Coverall currently operates 37 Support Centers across the U.S., including locations in Atlanta, Ga., Detroit, Mich., Tampa, Fla., Los Angeles, Cal., Philadelphia, Penn., Dayton, Ohio, and now Portland, Ore. This past year, new Coverall Master-owned Support Centers opened in Chattanooga, Tenn. and Mobile, Ala., continuing brand expansion into new markets. Coverall North America, Inc. recently increased its employee ranks to help support Coverall Franchised Business Owners in its markets and continues to offer career opportunities in sales, field operations and administration.
