Cleaning Company Named Women-Owned Small Business Of The Year
Two Betty's Green Cleaning Company has been named the Women-Owned Small Business of the Year in Minnesota by the U.S. Small Business Administration, according to an article on the Brainerd Dispatch website.
Chosen for her business acumen and commitment to her employees and community, owner Anna Tsantir stressed social/eco justice and supporting her community when she founded the business with her late business partner, Sam Meyers, the article said.
Two Bettys has experienced growth and increased sales every year since it was founded in 2007.
Tsantir credited SBA's resource partner WomenVenture, including its Scale Up! Program and business coaching, with helping her take charge of all aspects of the business when her partner died in 2013. An SBA revolving line of credit has also proven beneficial for growth.
