A small town church is answering locals' prayers for cleaning supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Gospel Chapel of Owego, New York has amassed what it calls the "COVID Cleaning Closet" to supply people with the things they need to stay healthy, reports WBNG 12.

Gospel Chapel's full closet of supplies helps provide locals with care packages featuring hand sanitizer, bleach, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, a microfiber cloth and a bucket.

The church's small warehouse of vital cleaning supplies has been built through donations, some of which are from people who have no affiliation with the church. In fact, donations have been provided from out of state.

Those who wish to know more about Gospel Chapel's cause can find information on its Facebook page, by emailing GospelChapelOwego@gmail.com or by texting 607-444-1633.
