Charlotte Products Launches Online Learning Platform
Charlotte Products Ltd has launched an online learning platform that combines product- and process-specific training with ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI)-verified certification courses to provide a comprehensive, on-demand course catalog for custodial teams. This new learning module is part of Charlotte’s efforts to continuously improve the transfer of knowledge from the company’s team of experts to the end user.
“These online courses will empower distributors and end users to effectively and successfully create safe, healthy spaces everyday,” says Jennifer Meek, Charlotte’s Director of Marketing. “Validated processes and practices partnered with the proper products are essential components of a cleaning program and custodial team development.”
Distributors and end users are able to earn CMI certification and continuing education credits toward industry certifications through the program. Each Charlotte Products Learning Membership includes 12 months of unlimited access to more than 300 multilingual courses that feature interactive modules, videos and quizzes along with documented training and group reporting.
“Online learning systems help the industry in many ways,” explains Mark Warner, CMI Education Manager. “It tends to elevate the professional knowledge and standards of the entire cleaning industry, creating higher levels of performance, as well as higher levels of respect. In addition, education, training and certification programs enhance career path opportunities in the cleaning industry for knowledgeable and motivated people. Everybody wins.”
