The first CIMS "ISSA Certification Expert" (I.C.E.) workshop for 2012 has been scheduled for February 28 and will be held in Anaheim, Cal.
This one-day training course focuses on the elements of the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and CIMS-Green Building (GB) criteria and provides a comprehensive review of what it takes to manage a quality, customer-focused and sustainable cleaning organization. Graduates of the I.C.E. program are equipped to provide training and consulting services to cleaning organizations interested in preparing to become CIMS/CIMS-GB certified.
