Bravo! Group Services, Inc. announces that it has acquired Control Temp, Inc.
The combination of BRAVO! and Control Temp provides expanded facility support capabilities to all of our combined clients making it one of the largest service providers in North America.
The unified organization will serve clients with a wider range of facilities solutions capitalizing on a history of service excellence and team dedication with the resources and processes available from the entire BRAVO! organization. BRAVO! can now bring an unparalleled mix of soft support services to the marketplace, along with a commitment to quality and competitive value. The company will have a presence in 10 states and will support over 250 corporate clients in the corporate facilities, healthcare, pharmaceutical, residential hi-rise and institutional industries.
Paul Martinez former President of Control Temp has been named Vice President of Mechanical Operations. He is highly regarded in the industry for his experience in managing the most complex and unique projects.
The combined company will offer services ranging from Green Cleaning and HVAC mechanical services to full facility support logistics. The ability to customize unique service bundles is enhanced by access to our extensive staff training programs and best in class processes and pricing platform developed to allow a range of services to be delivered to customers within repeatable and consistent management procedures.
