The cleaning products market continues to grow year on year, with global sales of household cleaning products predicted to reach $147bn in 2017 by Smithers Apex presenting numerous ongoing opportunities for those in the cleaning products industry. The Cleaning Products Europe 2015 conference will explore these opportunities and share insight with the 130 key stakeholders in attendance, touching on the possibilities of collaboration and the exchange of ideas in order to meet the ever changing demands of consumers that’s shaping the market.
The Cleaning Products Europe conference is dedicated to providing a 360 degree view on forthcoming developments set to impact or disrupt the industry. The opening session will kick off the conference by assessing the current market landscape and consumer buying trends, and includes high level presentations from Daymon Worldwide, Euromonitor International, Ecover, McBride and Unilever.
A representative from Procter & Gamble will once again chair the conference and present on innovations in the marketplace, collaboration initiatives and product case studies. Experts from the I&I sector, textile market and chemicals and fragrance industries will also be present to provide updates on their sectors’ trends and opportunities.
In addition, McBride’s Jim Gordon will be presenting on ‘Innovation in the Detergent Industry - the role played by Private Label’, commenting that he most looks forward to "having the chance to challenge the assumption that the Branders drive innovation and Private Label only copies”. In the interview, recently conducted by Smithers Apex, he also gives his view on the sustainability of packaging and raw materials in the future of the industry and collaboration across the value chain.
Presenting an integrated approach to working across the value chain, speakers will inspire attendees to assess how their business is set up for the future. The agenda will explore case studies of successful industry collaborations, as well as advancing technologies.
With such a diverse agenda and over 130 attendees expected from all levels of the supply chain, plus brand new networking opportunities, Barcelona is the place to be this March.
Karla Sharp, the Conference Producer for this year’s Cleaning Products Europe adds “With the focus on consumer trends, innovation and collaboration, and big names like McBride, Unilever, Procter & Gamble and Novozymes giving high level insight into innovation in the sector, this conference is set to the be the best yet.”
