Boston Green Company announced the promotion of Adam Dennison to President, marking a dynamic new chapter for the environmental services firm. With more than 20 years of experience in environmental services, operations management, and strategic leadership, Adam brings proven expertise and a forward-looking vision propelling Boston Green’s mission of environmental excellence into the future.
Adam has been an integral part of Boston Green, serving as Vice President since November 2022. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in streamlining operations and fostering sustainable growth, drawing on his diverse experience at ACV Enviro, TMC Environmental, and his service in the United States Air Force. This extensive background has equipped Adam with the strategic foresight and operational expertise to strengthen Boston Green’s reputation as a leader in environmental stewardship.
Reflecting on his new role, Adam shared, “I am truly honored to lead Boston Green Company into its next chapter. Building on the company’s legacy is a privilege, and I am committed to expanding our efforts in creating innovative, sustainable solutions for the Northeast. With our recent move into Connecticut and our upcoming growth into eastern Pennsylvania, we are more determined than ever to positively impact the communities we serve.”
Adam also credits his late father, Dan Dennison, as a key inspiration for his career in the petroleum and environmental services industry. "Working for my dad at Dennison Oil as a teenager taught me so much about this business and instilled in me a passion for the work we do. He passed away in 2016, but his lessons—about hard work, innovation, and doing the right thing—have stayed with me every step of the way. I honor his legacy every day in my work at Boston Green," Adam said.
Adam steps into the role following the tenure of Dale Dennison, the company’s founder and visionary leader. Since establishing Boston Green Company, Dale has guided the organization to its trusted status in hazardous waste management, tank removal, energy-related environmental projects, and ER services. His steadfast commitment has defined Boston Green’s mission and legacy.
Reflecting on Adam’s appointment, Dale Dennison shared, “It has been one of the greatest joys of my life to lead Boston Green over the years. Adam has the values, vision, and expertise needed to guide this company forward. I have no doubt that under his leadership, Boston Green will continue to thrive while making an even greater environmental impact in the regions we serve.”
Over the past year, Boston Green has experienced rapid expansion in response to growing demand for top-tier environmental solutions across the Northeast. The company’s recent entry into Connecticut and its new location in Pennsylvania underscores its dedication to meeting the urgent needs of businesses, municipalities, and organizations seeking expert services in hazardous waste management, tank removal, site remediation, ER and spill response services and energy-related environmental projects. This surge in customer demand has not only driven Boston Green’s geographic growth but also fueled substantial investments in their skilled workforce and state-of-the-art equipment. By expanding both their service offerings and operational capacity, Boston Green continues to set new standards for service excellence—ensuring communities and clients benefit from responsive, innovative, and sustainable environmental solutions under Adam’s leadership.
