Betco Corporation has partnered with Quick Request, a software service company, to better manage the cleanliness and appearance of stores, according to a press release.
Quick Request allows customers to use their own smartphones to report problems, request services and provide feedback. The system allows companies to conduct quick inspections of the store from any smartphone. Quick Request records all interactions automatically and notifies any issues to the appropriate staff member immediately.
