Coote joined Betco as a regional manager. Prior to his new position, Coote was an owner of a sales and marketing company where he represented Kaivac, Tornado, AVET-USA, Mystic Maid Microfiber and Hyso Hygiene Technologies.

Mouw also joins Betco as a regional manager. Previously, Mouw worked in the jan/san market as a broker where he developed growth strategies for the manufacturer at both the distributor and end-user levels.
