Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) recently announced the installation of its newly elected officers and directors.

Stepping into the role of 2022 President is Nathalie Doobin, CBSE, MBA, of Harvard Services Group based in Miami, Florida. Doobin earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Hautes Etudes Commerciales, and an Executive MBA from University of Quebec. Before becoming an entrepreneur in 2012, Nathalie spent her career leading teams, building brands and driving innovation globally for Fortune 500 companies such as Pfizer and Merck. In addition to being featured in Forbes Magazines’ Most Powerful Women issue, Doobin was recognized as “Enterprising Women of the Year” by Enterprising Women Magazine, WBE STAR by WBENC, “Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs & Business Owners” by NJBIZ Journal and was appointed to the WBENC Forum.

BSCAI’s 2022 President-Elect is Paul Taylor, CBSE founder of ESS Clean, Inc. in Urbana, Illinois, where he has served as President and CEO since 1997. ESS Clean, Inc. currently provides services throughout Central Illinois and Indiana, focusing on providing high-end service, locally, in every market through its five branch locations. Taylor has been a BSCAI member since 1995, and started serving on the organization’s Board of Directors in 2013.

Serving as BSCAI’s 2022 Vice President is Philippe D. Mack, CBSE, an executive with Bee-Clean Building Maintenance in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Mack joined Bee-Clean on a national level in August of 2018, and is an accomplished management professional with 30 years of progressive leadership expertise in facilities management, strategic planning and business development both in the Public and Private Sectors. At Bee-Clean, Mack provides key leadership in category management, the deployment of cutting-edge field technology and the delivery of proven integrated solutions. Philippe has been a BSCAI member since 2005, and originally joined the BSCAI Board of Directors in 2010.

Serving as 2022 Treasurer is Steve Shuchat, CBSE, President of Clean All Services, a full-service commercial janitorial services company in Sidney, Ohio. The company employs over 170 people and provides services in more than 250 buildings in western Ohio. Steve has worked full-time for Clean All Services since 1993, and has been President since 1998. He has a bachelor's degree in business from Ohio University. He has been a BSCAI member since 1993 and joined the Board of Directors in 2020.

Coming off a successful term as the organization’s president in 2021, BSCAI’s Immediate Past President is Eric Luke, CBSE, CPA, president of MG Capital Maintenance, a successful BSC that primarily serves customers in North Carolina and Florida. Luke graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University with a degree in Accounting and Information Systems. Luke joined the BSC industry in 1989 as a District Manager for Varsity Facility Services in Denver, Colorado.
