Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) is pleased to announce the election of three new Board of Trustees members representing all commercial real estate industry segments. The elections occurred at BOMI’s Spring Board Meeting on May 7, 2026.

"Our new board members bring a wealth of expertise, diverse perspectives, and strategic leadership that will strengthen our ability to deliver industry-leading education, career development, and credentialing programs," says BOMI Chair Jonathan "JJ" Jones, General Manager, Dallas/Fort Worth, FIRST ONSITE. "I look forward to working alongside this exceptional group as we continue to elevate the profession and support the individuals who shape the future of the built environment."

The following members of the Executive Committee were elected at the Spring Board Meeting for a two-year term:

Chair: Jonathan “JJ” Jones, General Manager, Dallas/Ft. Worth, FIRST ONSITE

Immediate Former Chair: Andrew Taylor, Vice President of Property Management, Pacific Elm Properties, LLC.

Vice Chair: Alex Hanson, Managing Director, Saskatchewan REMS

Secretary/Treasurer: Joshua Siegel, Director, Real Estate Officer of the Treasurer, DePaul University

The following Board Members were elected at BOMI’s Spring Board Meeting:

• Michael Di Grappa, Vice President, Services & Sustainability, Concordia University
• Amy Natoli, Executive Vice President, Thomas Park Management
• Stephen Shepard, Executive Director, CEO, BOMA Greater Dallas
