ATALIAN Acquires St. Louis-Based Centaur Building Services
ATALIAN Global Services, Inc. announced that Centaur Building Services, a family owned facility services company headquartered in St. Louis, MO, will be joining its growing presence in the US.
Christophe Jeusse, CEO North America, ATALIAN Global Services, said that the addition of Centaur, with its established presence in 8 states in the Midwest and the south, provides the necessary local presence and expertise to its ever-growing client portfolio. “I am especially pleased with this merger, as Centaur has solid relationships with its client base from which we, as a Group, can learn and extend to our other clients locally, nationally and globally”, he stated.
