APPA made Ruthann Mantlet of the University of Minnesota,Twin Cities its president for 2019-2020 during a recent gathering.

Mantlet replaces outgoing president Don Guckert.

Prior to her appointment, Manlet served as APPA’s vice president for professional development. She is also a supervisor’s toolkit trainer.
