The Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD) announced the results of its election for new additions to ACD’s Board of Directors. Members voted during the 2025 ACD Annual Meeting to replace four seats that were being vacated at the end of 2025.

“Amid the uncertainties facing the chemical distribution industry, the expertise and professionalism that our new directors bring to the table will be an asset to our Board and our members, large and small," says Eric R. Byer, President and CEO of ACD.

The newly elected ACD Board members for 2026 include:

Directors-at-Large
Richard Erstad, Hawkins, Inc.
Kathryn Pogue, Jensen-Souders & Associates, Inc.

Regional Directors-at-Large
Kristin Mays-Corbitt, Mays Chemical, A Ravago Company
Jeremy Krome, TransChem, Inc.

“I am extremely grateful to welcome each of these newly elected directors to serve as part of ACD leadership,” adds Byer. "I look forward to working with each of them as we work in the best interest of our industry’s future.”
