ACD Lifetime Achievement Award
Ed Boss of Riteks, Inc.
Boss has been a dedicated proponent of ACD for decades, as an active member of committees, a key contributor to the Emerging Leaders program, and an integral part of ACD's rebrand and member resource development. This year Boss served as the former Chairman of the ACD Board and is the current President of Riteks, Inc. As chairman, Boss added two Emerging Leader alumni seats to the Board, driving more inclusion of rising leader voices in ACD strategy and decision-making. Boss was also central to the development of the member-facing regulatory compliance tool, RegClear. His role at ACD has gone above and beyond the call of duty, playing a pivotal role in making ACD a true alliance.

As President and CEO and Managing Director, respectively, Shamsili and Tahlvidari have played an important role in ACD’s advocacy and compliance support this year, providing ACD members with the information, guidance, and training needed to successfully navigate evolving rules around policy priorities—specifically on trade and tariffs. Over the course of their involvement with ACD, they have been strong advocates of ACD’s work when speaking at other trade group conferences, with government officials, and have strengthened the ACD Government Policy and Advocacy Committee’s programs.
