4M Building Solutions continues its reputation for pushing the boundaries of innovation within the commercial cleaning industry with the launch of 4M FourSight, its soon-to-be patent-pending unifying software to power decision making and operational excellence.
Spearheaded by Steve Mastin, 4M Chief Financial Officer, in collaboration with Spark Strategies and Data Insights Consulting, FourSight is an advanced reporting engine that ingests proprietary data from multiple distinct data sets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and proprietary processes, and unites them all under one roof. The system calculates and displays complex data in a clear, actionable format— turning information into insights that drive measurable results.
Mastin says the genesis of FourSight was the desire to bring data into decision-making and put it in the hands of those who could generate the most significant impact.
“4M FourSight began as an idea and concept to unify all our data and create transformative insights. The result is technology that puts us much further down the path of a data-driven future. It reinforces our role as a forward-thinking market leader and supports our promise of a Precision-Grade Clean through innovation, value, and excellence.”
FourSight enables 4M to deliver smarter, faster, and more consistent services through on-demand analytics, predictive insights, and enhanced quality control. 4M customers will benefit from increased transparency, improved performance tracking, and faster issue resolution—which will translate directly into cleaner, healthier, and more efficiently maintained environments.
The 4M FourSight team includes Todd Wilkins, VP of Data; Laura Bushor, Chief of Staff to the CFO; Karina Neff, founder of Spark Strategies; and Dave Gregory and Tim Moriarty from Data Insights Consulting.
“At 4M, teamwork is one of our core values, and the team assembled here exemplifies that value,” Mastin shares. “I’m incredibly proud of each of their accomplishments and know they will be instrumental in continuing to keep 4M at the forefront of innovation.”
The 4M FourSight team is working to fully patent this unique technology and simultaneously deploy version two, which will feature predictive analytics, dashboard improvements, and other proprietary processes.
