4M Building Solutions has announced that strategic business leader Andrew Rust has joined the company as head of Corporate Development and M&A.
Tim Murch, CBSE, 4M CEO and managing partner, announced Rust’s hiring, defining the position as a new role within 4M, a super-regional provider of cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, and disinfection services.

"Andrew's extensive experience as an operationally oriented investor leading M&A and growth, particularly his recent role with a consolidator of various residential contractors, makes him an invaluable addition to our team.”
Rust comes to 4M Building Solutions with more than a decade of experience leading mergers and acquisitions throughout the U.S. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer and Head of M&A for Granite Comfort, a New York-based consolidator of residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractors. He has also worked in sectors including aerospace, automotive, healthcare, and industrial/manufacturing. A resident of Detroit, Mich., Rust graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He will be based in Detroit while working for 4M.
