Betco Corporation announced it has partnered with Canadian grocery retailer, Sobeys Inc., to adopt a smartphone application to better manage the cleanliness and appearance of Sobeys stores. 
The program, called Quick Request, is a software service that allows customers to use their own smartphones to report problems, request services and provide feedback. The system allows companies like Sobeys to conduct quick inspections of the store from any smartphone. The application records all interactions automatically and notifies any issues to the appropriate staff member immediately.
Sobeys Inc. and Betco are deploying Quick Request in 274 stores throughout Canada.
