Unisource Worldwide, Inc. has launched a new vertical market platform for its facility supplies business segment.

“As we continue to focus on growth in our facility supplies business, it has become obvious that our suppliers and customers appreciate the unique value proposition that Unisource offers when presenting our complete suite of solutions to the marketplace,” said John Glaze, President of Core Sales for Unisource.      

The company will continue to serve its existing customer base in the janitorial and sanitary maintenance areas, while emphasizing specialized vertical markets. Those areas include healthcare, encompassing hospitals and medical facilities; higher education including large colleges and universities; Class A building property managers and service contractors; high-traffic venues such as airports, sports arenas, and cruise ships; and general manufacturing companies in the automotive and industrial businesses.
