Independent Sales Representative – Uncapped Commissions – Pre-Qualified Leads

Today, Pacific Floorcare is experiencing tremendous growth and is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Independent Sales Rep with an entrepreneurial drive to service the states of Minnesota and North and South Dakota. Top performers are earning over $100K per year. Pacific Floorcare has a rich tradition in the Sanitary Maintenance Industry with over 70 years of proven results. We produce maintenance equipment in our ever expanding plant in Muskegon, Michigan. Our equipment is “Purpose Built” we always solicit the needs of our customers in designing innovative solutions.

As an Independent Sales Rep, you will be spending time with Janitorial supply distributors building their equipment businesses. We are looking for self-motivated, determined and focused talent, with professional sales experience, who embrace the challenges that come with responding to each customer’s unique needs. Communication, presentation and negotiating skills are utilized at each equipment demonstration and offer exciting challenges to help transform a distributor’s portfolio of products.

Additional qualities of successful Independent Sales Reps include:

• Sales and industry experience a plus, but not necessary

• Must be ambitious and results oriented

• Ability to network and self-generate sales

• All Sales Contractors are 1099 independent contractors and are responsible for incorporating for themselves within 30 days if not already

• Driver’s license, auto insurance, vehicle and trailer required
