Seeking a Sales Executive for Full Time Position in Growing Company.

Seeking a candidate to join our growing company. Ideal candidate will have experience in Janitorial, Maintenance of Building Service Contractor industry or related field. Will be responsible to plan, execute and grow the company`s client base, implementing sales and marketing strategies for short term and long term gains. Will personally find and follow leads and referrals and promptly follow same to effect sustainable sales results. He/she should be poised to grow and extend the Company’s reach with the goal of positioning the company and themselves on a growth path. Ideally, based on the growth, candidate will eventually manage the sales effort and other reps under his/her purview.

The company is a 20 year old, established and known company. We want to extend our reach and growth and offer unlimited potential for the right candidate with vision, tenacity, commitment and motivation. The candidate should know sales strategies and how to target clients and markets. The company will provide desirable industries and markets to target where our existing clients can offer excellent references.

The Ideal Candidate Profile Includes:

· Excellent interpersonal skills allowing them to interact at different levels of executives and decision makers.

· English is a must; Bilingual in English and Spanish is very desirable.

· Good intellectual and academic background as well as excellent writing skills.

· Excellent planning and execution of the Company’s sales and marketing goals.

· Tenacity, perseverance, and focused results.

· Ability to develop, maintain and achieve success through networking.

· The ideal candidate is adaptive, tech-savvy, and intellectually curious.

· A sales “closer” with vision and commitment to growing personally and professionally.

· The ideal candidate is personable, articulate, charismatic, and not afraid to build new relationships or open new avenues of revenue for the Company.

· The candidate will work from our headquarters office in Miami, Florida.

· Our Janitorial services encompass all of Florida and parts of New Jersey.

· Our Facilities Maintenance operations covers Florida, Georgia, and Texas with services in NY/NJ, MA and OH.

Salary commensurate with local market rates, experience and capabilities and based on verifiable experience and salary history.

Salaried Position

Admin Office schedule is Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM

Networkers, trade shows, weekend events as needed.

Travel may be required to other company operations area for sales activities.

Up to 25% travel

This is NOT a Work From Home or Remote position, In person is required.

Dress is business casual (Florida) and dress attire when needed for meetings or events.

Position reports to CEO and COO.
