We are looking for a confident individual who shares our passion and drive to join our team as an Account Manager. We are looking for someone who comes to work each day with our shared purpose: to create safe and healthy spaces for people everywhere.


The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will draw on your prior experience in new business development or account management to grow profitable sales of our key brands. You will do this by finding leads, establishing relationships, and providing solutions to new and existing clients and distribution partners throughout your designated territory.

You will work to increase sales to both end-users and within distribution partnerships.You understand that a large portion of what we do is focused on educating our clients not only on our products, but also on best practices and applications. As an Account Manager, you have the drive and passion to be a solutions provider to existing clients and can take this philosophy to new markets.


Distribution Partnerships

You will be responsible for establishing successful relationships with all existing distribution partners. You will navigate the distributor relationship to effectively support and educate our partners to provide the best solutions possible. Sales growth within existing distribution networks and new account development will be key focus areas. 


Client Relations

You build authentic client relationships through your desire to provide the best solution for the client while always operating at the pinnacle of integrity.As you build these relationships with existing clients, and work to establish new client relationships, you will become a subject matter expert.

Using your superior customer service skills, you will educate clients on our product offerings, applications and uses, trouble-shoot any technical issues, and be an overall solution provider.


Sales Growth

Through building superb client relationships, you will assist with retention and expansion of line item sales within all major existing accounts.

You will leverage your sales experience to generate leads within existing markets and develop opportunities in new markets.You will secure and develop new chemical business within all class of trades. New chemical business refers to ready-to-use chemicals and concentrated chemicals pertaining to the Sanitation Industry.

Reporting to: Vice President of Sales


Territory: Upstate New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine


Travel Requirements:Regular and extensive travel within your designated territory will be required.

It is anticipated that travel will comprise approximately 80% of the role.

Unrestricted availability to travel to Canada for end user training, trade shows, or other events as required, post Coronavirus pandemic.
