Business Center
Business centers are located in both the West Building and the North/South Building and offer the following services: faxing, packing, shipping and receiving, computer rentals, e-mail and Internet browsing, office supplies, photocopying, signs/posters/banners, business cards and copy machine rentals. They also serve as the pick-up and drop-off point for wheelchair and electric scooter rental.

ATMs & Money Changing Machines
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) and money changing machines are located in every lobby of both the North/South Building and the West Building.

WiFi
The convention center has an extensive WiFi network that can be accessed from personal computers or PDA-like devices provided they have a WiFi mode. For problems accessing the WiFi network while at the convention, call 888-243-5685.

Information Desks
The Orange County Convention Center in partnership with the Orlando/Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau maintains on-site Guest Services Information Desks located in the West Building Central Lobby and the North/South Concourses. Staff members can answer questions regarding the convention center as well as the Orlando/Orange County area and attractions.

First Aid
Four first aid stations are set up in each building of the convention center. In the West Building where ISSA/INTERCLEAN is held, first aid rooms can be found in front of Hall WD2 (W224), in front of Hall WE (W230/1), in the Central Lobby (Hall WC), and Level 1 Lobby (below Hall WA).

Parking
Designated parking areas are located in the West Concourse parking lot and the North/South Concourse parking lot. The current charge is $11 per day. Valet parking may also be available.
