
Selecting the right cleaning contractor for the job is an important responsibility of facility executives. Those who make the right hire put themselves in a fantastic position to succeed. The executives that blunder and award a contract to the wrong vendor could end up paying dearly. Understanding this, many facility executives have created a list of criteria to which they hope cleaning providers will meet. To get a better idea of what exactly facility executives are looking for in a commercial cleaning company, Contracting Profits and Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) sent out a study that fleshes out their opinions.
