Celebrating 60 Years of Elevating an Industry 

This year marks the 60th anniversary of an association that has continually raised the bar for professionalism across the contract cleaning industry. Since its founding in 1965, Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) has been a beacon for education, professional development, and certification. It has served as both a launching pad for careers and a trusted resource for industry veterans. 

At its core, BSCAI has remained committed to its mission: to educate, empower, and elevate. Through robust certification programs and ongoing training initiatives, BSCAI has helped members stay current in an ever-evolving field. These efforts have not only strengthened the individual careers of members but also improved the standards and perceptions of the industry as a whole. 

Equally noteworthy are the lasting personal and professional relationships fostered through the association. Whether it's networking at one of the annual events or establishing a peer group, members frequently point to the camaraderie and support within this community as one of its greatest assets. 

Over the years, the association has also been a powerful voice in legislative advocacy, ensuring that the needs and concerns of the commercial cleaning industry are heard at every level of government. Its industry partnerships have also opened doors to innovation and collaboration, while recognition and awards programs have celebrated those who exemplify excellence.
