This spring, more than 400 industry professionals gathered in scenic Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, for three days of learning and connection at BSCAI’s annual Executive Management Conference. The event is a one-of-a-kind in the contract cleaning industry, offering leaders a chance to travel with their teams, unplug, and invest in their growth and development.

Tailored to meet the needs of today’s contract cleaning companies, the event featured four mainstage presentations. Topics touch on “fast-attack” leadership styles from a former U.S. nuclear submarine officer, practical steps to manage labor under shifting immigration policies, frameworks to overcome low employee engagement, and expert advice for negotiating more valuable deals.

New this year were three BSCAI Spark Spotlight Sessions. Designed to engage attendees with big ideas from short presentations, sessions centered on unlocking peak sales performance, mastering customer engagement, and differentiating your organization from others in the market.

Networking opportunities were plenty, from a golf event to kick off the week, to a welcome reception, vendor meet and greets, dedicated networking roundtables, and breakfast sessions. Networking roundtables are a staple feature of the event, giving attendees the opportunity to solely focus on connecting with peers in an open forum, with a selection of hot topics to guide discussions.

“BSCAI hit the ball out of the park with another fantastic event! In addition to a slate of top-shelf presenters, there were countless opportunities to connect, network and share with some of the best and brightest BSC’s in the industry. All this with the amazing backdrop of Hilton Head Island made this a highlight of 2025!” said Greg Buchner, CBSE, president and CEO of Clean Office / Porter Plus.

The event offered new perspectives on the latest trends and issues affecting the contract cleaning industry, giving industry leaders and their teams an opportunity to return to their organizations with fresh thinking and a renewed energy to tackle problems. BSCAI is excited to continue the conversation this fall at Contracting Success 2025 (CS25), taking place November 11-13, returning to the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
