Selling The Green Concept



Green cleaning is at a fever pitch in today’s cleaning industry. And as a result, jan/san distributors are being relied upon more and more to provide the best products and services to meet their customers’ sustainable needs. But because today’s customers can easily get caught in a green-whirlwind with the emerging terminology, new green certifications and constantly evolving environmental claims, distributors must make sure customers are in tune to what green cleaning is and what benefits the products promote.

In fact, today’s distributors are striving to be more of an educator for their customers, rather than just an outlet for products. And with that, getting customers to buy into the concept of green cleaning is something that has certainly become increasingly important over the last couple of years.
