Inspection Software Helps BSC Earn CIMS Certification
BEST Service Pros (BEST) recently received CIMS certification rating of 98 percent, and credits CleanTelligent Software for helping BEST obtain the near-perfect score.
The CIMS certification process, designed to measure a company’s dedication to customers and success, uses six main criteria to rate applicants. BEST notes that CleanTelligent aided them in achieving full marks in the Quality Systems section.
“CleanTelligent was a cost-effective solution to achieve CIMS certification. Without CleanTelligent, we would have had to create and implement an in-house developed system that would have been time-consuming, inadequate and not nearly half as effective,” reports BEST Director of New Business and Strategy, Jeff Grabinsky.
Having been in the service provider business for over 50 years, BEST uses CleanTelligent to improve productivity and efficiency by increasing accountability at all levels. CleanTelligent identifies trends of service quality, improves quality of communication among supervisors, and increases the importance of online documentation of site activities. This helped BEST achieve a high score in the Management Commitment section of CIMS certification.
While CleanTelligent has been instrumental in the 98 percent CIMS rating, BEST has been able to use CleanTelligent as a selling point for potential customers, too.
“Clients are impressed, because CleanTelligent increases our transparency of our operations. Our clients are impressed that we offer them a better view into our business,” Grabinsky said.
The focus on all CIMS criteria was evident, as BEST achieved high marks in all categories.
