A germ phobia grips America, especially when it comes to using restrooms. And because of this, people don’t want to touch any surface in a restroom if it can be avoided.

Dennis’s company cleans restrooms--just restrooms. “Some of my customers tell me they are afraid to sit on toilets anymore,” he says. “Instead, they just hover over them.”
