You never know what to expect when you talk cleaning with the manager of one of Chicago’s largest and most famous hotels in the United States.

The conversation went from vacuum cleaners and floor machines to extractors—but stopped in its tracks when it came to the PS Professional Spotter manufactured by Tornado®.

The manager explained that without the spotter, the hotel’s housekeepers would have to “try their luck” with spotting chemicals, which take time to apply and if used incorrectly can leave matters worse than they started.

That’s because the PS, with a two-gallon solution/two-gallon recovery tank, works like a carpet extractor. The pump jet-sprays solution on the area to be cleaned and then extracts—taking with it moisture, soil, and the stain.
