PELADOW Premier Snow and Ice Melter Calcium Chloride Pellets is composed of 90 percent calcium chloride. The ice melt is effective at temperatures down to minus 25 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 32 degrees Celsius) and penetrates ice up three times faster than other ice melters. The product attracts moisture from its surroundings, releasing heat to speed melting.
