New Products Enhance Seal of Approval
The Carpet and Rug Institute's Seal of Approval testing and certification program for carpet cleaning supplies and equipment welcomes a group of new products and participants. With both newcomers and some familiar names represented in the group, the SOA program now stands at 339 solutions, 332 vacuums, 84 deep-cleaning extractors and 93 systems for a total 848.
In cleaning solutions, Perfect Zeros LLC of San Juan Capistrano, California achieved the Seal of Approval for its spot remover/in-tank solution Perfect Zeros.
Cavalier Inc of Norfolk, Virginia earned the Seal of Approval for the following two products: Cherry Almond Multi-Enzyme Pre-Treat, Stain and Odor Eliminator and E3 Carpet Extraction Cleaner.
Fog Free Technologies, LLC of N. Charleston, South Carolina earned the Seal of Approval for its FFT Clean Carpet Cleaner.
In vacuums, PowrFlite, a division of the Tacony Corporation of Fort Worth, Texas earned SOA approval for three new commercial backpack models. The company's BETCO D600, Koblenz BP1400 and PowrFlite PF1000BP each earned Bronze-Level certification.
At the Bronze Level, Advance, Inc. of Muskegon, Michigan added four of their zippered cloth bag commercial upright models; the Advance ReliaVac 12, Advance ReliaVac 12DC, Advance ReliaVac 12HP and the Advance ReliaVac 16HP.
Also earning Bronze-level certification is the Clarke Companyof Springdale, Arkansas with four of their own zippered cloth bag commercial upright models; the Clarke ReliaVac 12, Clarke ReliaVac 12DC, Clarke ReliaVac 12HP and the Clarke ReliaVac 16HP.
Windsor of Englewood, Colorado earned the Seal of Approval at the Bronze-Level for its WAVE Model VAV commercial wide area vacuum.
The Betco Corp of Toledo, Ohio introduced its HF14 Dual Motor Micro-lined Paper Inner Bag to the SOA Program at the Silver-level.
Minuteman International, Inc. of Pingree Grove, Illinois earned the Seal of Approval at the Silver-level for their commercial uprights Phenon 18" Dual Motor and Phenon 15" Dual Motor.
Oreck Manufacturing Company of Cookeville, Tennessee earned the Seal of Approval at the Silver Level for its U 2200 HHSQ-Classic household upright.
The Karcher Company of Englewood, Colorado earned approval for its Karcher CV 71/2 commercial wide area at the Bronze-Level.
In deep cleaning extractors, CFR of Fort Worth, Texas earned Gold-level certification for their portable ECO 500.
In deep cleaning systems, the Windsor Company of Englewood, Colorado earned Bronze-level certification for their iCapsol, Mini, IMX. The Karcher Company of Englewood, Colorado earned Bronze-level certification for their BRS 43/500C portable ECO 500. XL North of Fall River, Massachusetts earned the Bronze-Level Seal of Approval for its XL North Grab Carpet Care System.
