NJSSA Elects New Trustees
Members of NJSSA, The Association of Mid-Atlantic Cleaning Experts, elected the following new trustees to serve on the NJSSA Board in 2013:
• Erin Barnes, Metro Philadelphia Sales Executive for Norshel Industries, Croydon, PA. Erin has been the Greater Philadelphia Area Sales Rep for Norshel Industries for more than three years. She is a 2004 graduate of Penn State University and has been working in the jan-san industry for more than seven years.
• Ben Gable, Vice President-Finance for Misco Products in Reading, PA. Ben has worked at Misco Products Corporation for over seven years. Misco was founded by Ben's the grandfather, Richard Gable. He is a 2005 graduate of Susquehanna University with a B.A. in business. Ben resides in Reading with his wife Lyndsey and two sons, Sam and Will.
• Tom Henson, Account Manager, The Henson Sales Group (Smithtown, NY). Tom previously served on the NJSSA Board from 1992-1998 and was also on the board of the New York Sanitary Supply Association. In 1991, Tom founded The Henson Sales Group, Inc. (Wayne, PA), a single-line rep firm. Tom is a graduate of MRERF's certification program, earning his CPMR credential in 1996. He is also a graduate of SUNY Stony Brook. Prior to establishing The Henson Sales Group, Tom worked as a distributor of specialized products and as a salesman and purchasing agent for one of New York's largest autobody aftermarket distributors. Tom also has experience in the food service and healthcare industries.
Continuing on the 2013 Board of Trustees are: Dan Josephs (Spruce Industries), Andrew Rosen (Commercial Cleaning Corp.), Pater Davidson (Leading Edge Associates), Dave Herman (Banner Chemical), Steve Lentini (Borax Paper), John Pettinelli (AmSan-Eagle), Dan Rubinstein (Osprey Sales), and Andrea Riemer-Ribakove (Mooney-General).
John Castaldo (Sales & Marketing Inc.), Howard Durann (Norshel Industries) and Darren Slosberg (Legacy Converting) completed their terms on the board this year.
