A&A Maintenance (A&A) announced it has acquired Wallico Maintenance Group LLC, northeastern based stone and metal restoration and maintenance company known for its high quality practices.
Armando Rodriguez Jr., President/CEO stated: “From our company’s humble beginnings, we’ve always committed to sustainable practices and invested in innovative technologies to be the best at what we do. We’re very excited to strategically align with Wallico and offer environmentally friendly stone and metal maintenance options to our national clientele.”
Since 1973, A&A has grown from a four-employee operation into a 5,000-employee national provider of sustainable custodial services and currently oversees more than 70 million square feet of space nationwide.
Through its recent transaction, A&A will provide Wallico Maintenance Group LLC’s signature stone and metal maintenance services nationally. Wallico Maintenance Group LLC was established in 1968.
