In October, the who's who of the cleaning industry will flock to Las Vegas for the experience of reviewing new products, education, networking and reuniting with old friends.

I recently had the opportunity to sit down with 10-year ISSA/INTERCLEAN veteran, Steve Spencer, facility manager at State Farm Insurance in Bloomington, Ill., to discuss what he most looks forward to at this years show.

This year, although, he wont be presenting education sessions as he has in years past, Steve plans to make the most of his time on the show floor, learning about new products and networking with his colleagues.
