Cardinal Building Maintenance Training Facility Sets High Standard

Jim DeGrado, president of Cardinal Building Maintenance in Alsip, Ill., gives a guided tour of his 2,000-square-foot employee training facility, which features replicas of an exam room, office, restroom, lunchroom in which employees are trained on cleaning procedures. It also has various hard and carpeted flooring options on which to practice with vacuums and floor machines.
