Each year, building service contractors struggle with whether they will raise prices, and if so, by how much. Some BSCs implement across-the-board increases while others decide price changes on an individual account basis. While most BSCs will try to raise prices in some way, there are others that are hesitant to do so at all.

In a normal year, many BSCs could raise prices slightly without much fear of losing customers. But this economic situation has some BSCs holding off on raising prices until the economy stabilizes a bit more. Here's what the BSCs we talked to had to say.
