Green Cleaning: Love Letters to a Manufacturer?

It’s not often I write a letter to a manufacturer.  However, we felt we really needed to, to let Enviro-Solutions know how pleased we are with their Green–certified cleaning products.

As a busy beach resort, we accommodate more than 13,000 guests per year. Enviro-Solutions allows us to maintain the highest level of cleaning standards—without using harsh or dangerous chemicals. And, our guests frequently comment that the cleanliness of the rooms exceeds their expectations.

We find that people with asthma (especially families with children) are often concerned about staying in a hotel because of the products used to clean them. We confidently tell them that we use only Green–certified cleaning products and that every effort has been made to eliminate the triggers that can cause allergies or respiratory problems.

In addition, our housekeeping staff could not be happier with your products. Before we switched to Enviro-Solutions, we used traditional cleaning products that made the housekeepers’ eyes tear and caused breathing problems, especially in the bathrooms.

But we were concerned that Green cleaning products would not work as well as traditional products. However, we have found the Enviro-Solutions products are the same as—if not better than—our old cleaning chemicals. And, when asked if they want to consider any other cleaning products, our housekeepers always say, “No way!”
