Unlike many schools, Augsburg College, located in the heart of Minneapolis, carpeted most of its floors instead of installing hard-surface flooring.
 
“As much as 90 percent of our school is carpeted,” says James Oaks, the school’s custodial supervisor. “This is a lot of carpet and a lot of carpet to clean. That’s why we need a dependable portable hot-water extractor that performs well and is easy to move around.”
