WVU Finds Lack of Interest in Custodian Jobs
West Virginia University has been forced to consider outsourcing custodial services because of the lack of interest in open jobs. Although the school recently hired 15 custodians, at least 15 more are needed to make a full staff.
According to The Charleston Gazette, the school doesn't plan to outsource these positions permanently. If it does become common practice, WVU should expect to hear from the area laborers' union.
