WAXIE Sanitary Supply announced that the company has embarked on a new era of leadership.

Charles Wax, the President of this family owned sanitary supply distributor, has tabbed several key people within the organization to fulfill new roles to assist him in his commitment to continue to make WAXIE the industry leader. The following people have been promoted to new positions:

Jeff Roberts, Executive Vice President – California
Clint Hunter, Executive Vice President – Intermountain

Jeff and Clint’s primary responsibilities will be to provide strategic leadership for the company by working with divisional senior management and corporate personnel to establish long-range goals, strategies, policies, procedures and succession planning. In these new positions, they will develop high performance teams within their region of responsibility that will continue to fuel the company’s growth and success.

Jeff, who was previously Regional Vice President, will oversee divisions in San Diego, Santa Ana, Ontario, Los Angeles and San Francisco, California. Clint, who was previously Vice President/General Manager, will oversee divisions in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona; Salt Lake City and St.George, Utah; Las Vegas, Nevada; Denver, Colorado; and Idaho Falls and Boise, Idaho.

During the course of their distinguished careers at WAXIE both Jeff and Clint have demonstrated a strong commitment to the company and the industry, and an ability to develop and mentor the people they work with. Many of these people will be assuming new leadership roles as well. People such as:

Mike Dolan, General Manager – WAXIE Ontario and Los Angeles, California
Alice Sawaya, General Manager – WAXIE Santa Ana, California
Craig McDaniel, General Manager – WAXIE Utah & Idaho
Bob Gattis, General Manager – WAXIE Arizona

All four people will be assuming responsibilities for sales and operations in their respective divisions. They each bring a tremendous amount of industry and WAXIE experience to their new positions.

Mike was previously responsible for WAXIE’s Corporate Accounts Program, Alice was the Regional Sales Manager for Los Angeles, Craig was the Regional Sales Manager for Utah and Idaho, and Bob was a Sales Manager for Santa Ana.

In addition, the following people have also been promoted to new positions within the company:

Jim Fischer – Vice President, Corporate & Strategic Account Development

Jim will be responsible for increasing WAXIE’s position within defined corporate, national, chain and strategic accounts. He will establish overall account strategy and will coordinate all internal and external sales support resources to further business development.

He has served several key roles over the course of his nineteen year career at WAXIE, most recently as Vice President/General Manager for Arizona.

Kristi Parnell – Vice President / Human Resources

Kristi will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Human Resources department including employee relations, compensation, safety and employment law compliance.

Kristi has been with WAXIE for fourteen years, and most recently was Director of Human Resources.

Eric Frei, Regional Sales Manager – Arizona
Brent Taylor, Regional Sales Manager – Salt Lake City, UT
Rob Wullenwaber, Regional Sales Manager – Livermore, CA
Alisa Konsulian, Regional Sales Manager – Los Angeles, CA

All four people will lead the sales departments in their respective divisions. Each person has extensive WAXIE experience which will serve them well in their new roles.

Eric was previously a Market Leader in the Phoenix division, Brent was a Corporate Accounts Director in the Salt Lake City division, Rob was the Sales Manager for the Livermore division, and Alisa was a Sales Manager for the Los Angeles division.

Mike Gould, Sales Manager – Santa Ana, CA
Rick Jones, Sales Manager – Ontario, CA
Reid Call, Sales Manager – Northern Utah & Idaho

All three will be responsible for sales teams at their respective divisions. Previously Mike and Rick were Sales Consultants in Santa Ana and Ontario respectively and Reid was the Sales Manager for Salt Lake City.

Each of these promotions is evidence of the company’s commitment to support the personal growth and development of its people, and to recognize and reward their contributions.
