United Sales Associates announced at the company's top awards, voted by the USA sales force and its manufacturer principals.

Product Line Specialist (PLS) plaque to Jeff Whitaker. This award recognizes the top Product Line Specialist within the company, voted on by the principals of the agency. Jeff began his career with United Sales Associates in February 1991. His primary focus and specialty is Fall Protection/Confined Space at the end user level.

Line Group Leader (LGL) plaque to Mark Hamilton, Certified Professional Manufacturers' Representative (CPMR), Qualified Safety Sales Professional (QSSP) for his efforts in achieving and exceeding product line sales goals. (A Line Group Leader is empowered to act as the positive leader and focal point of communication between individual members of USA and the Principal.) Voting is by peers in the agency.

Eagle Award "MVP" sales plaque also to Mark Hamilton, CPMR, QSSP who is judged in part for overall multi-line sales performance, overall multi-line effort, and agency involvement as a team player. USA principals (manufacturers) had a voting role as well. Mark, based in Indianapolis, has been with the company fifteen years in outside sales primarily in the state of Indiana and is a graduate of Ball State University. Mark also won the Eagle Award in 1999 and 2000.
