Unger Enterprises Promotes Mark Unger to President
Unger Enterprises, Inc. announced the promotion of Mark Unger from COO to president. As president, Unger is responsible for managing, leading and implementing strategy for the company's professional division worldwide, and is responsible for building professional product sales and distribution channels globally.
The son of founders Henry and Barbara Unger, Mark Unger's involvement with family-owned Unger Enterprises spans most of his lifetime and includes such positions as vice president of sales and marketing and COO.
"I take great pride in the business we have built and enjoy visiting with Unger's key customers, distributors and end users," says Unger. "It provides me with the opportunity to learn about emerging trends in the marketplace and see how the Unger brand is being received. I am most proud of the relationships we have fostered with our customers, and I seek to continually work toward improving those relationships in every possible way."
As COO, Unger lead the development and market entry of Unger Enterprise's professional restroom cleaning products. In his new role, Unger will continue to globalize the company and lead its expansion into additional marketplaces in Europe, Asia and South America.

Unger served on the Board of Directors for ISSA. He has also served on the IWCA Board of Directors.
