Joe Fahley has been named Vice President of Financial Shared Services for SCA’s North American operations. Fahley will be responsible for overseeing the general accounting, accounts payable, treasury, payroll, business process and controls areas in North America. The new Financial Shared Service Center will have locations in Neenah, Wisc. and Philadelphia.  He will report to Pablo Fuentes, vice president and chief financial officer of SCA Americas.

“Joe has a very broad background in finance and accounting with experience in a number of related areas,” said Pablo Fuentes. “He has a proven track record in leadership, technical skill and service delivery and we are pleased to have him as a leading member of the finance team.”

Fahley joined SCA in 2001 (after joining predecessor Wisconsin Tissue in 1998) and was previously vice president and chief financial officer for SCA America’s Tissue Division.  He brings 25 years of industry experience to this role.  

He earned an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wis., and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.  Additionally, Fahley is a Certified Management Accountant and is certified in financial management from the Institute of Management Accountants.  He is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the state of Wisconsin.

In addition, Mike Jansen has been named Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of SCA Tissue North America. Based in Neenah, Wisconsin, he will continue to report to SCA Tissue President Don Lewis.

Formerly Vice President, Supply Chain Management, Jansen brings 14 years of industry experience to this role and has been a member of SCA Tissue’s Senior Leadership Team for the past eight years. In his expanded role, he will continue to direct many supply chain functions such as revenue management, fiber procurement and transportation. He holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics.

Jansen assumes a position formerly held by Joseph Fahley, who has been named Vice President of a new Financial Shared Services team for SCA Americas.
