According to reports from East Bay Publishing, after 32 years as a custodian for a local school district, Billy Campbell has embraced his new roll as Lead Custodian of the maintenance department. With 28 employees and overseeing 11 schools, Campbell has stayed busy by promoting his new system where the head custodians work as a team, giving them more free time to move about from on school to another as needed.
Campbell also implemented team cleaning for the remainder of the employees and to date, the employees have transitioned nicely. They have also adapted to specific training methods, which have resulted in large savings for the school system.
