NetPrint, an organization of independent printing paper distributors in North America and a division of Network Services Company, has formed a strategic alliance with Igepa International, a similar organization serving Europe.

NetPrint is the largest distributor of printing paper and related supplies in the United States and Igepa conducts business in 20 European countries.

“Our agreement allows NetPrint and Igepa to share information and cooperate with sourcing, marketing and sales efforts,” states Robert West, Executive Director of NetPrint. “We believe it will be mutually advantageous to jointly pursue supplier and customer opportunities.”

Network Services Company is the largest U.S. distributor of janitorial products and supplies, foodservice disposables, and industrial packaging products. These products are sold primarily to foodservice, building service contractor, healthcare, and industrial markets. Earlier in 2005, Network formed a strategic alliance with INPACS, another European distributor group of independent wholesalers providing similar products to customers in 15 countries.
