John Richter has been hired as
the new Technical Director for Kaivac, Inc., developers of
the No-Touch Cleaning System.
According to Tom Morrison, Kaivac's vice president of
marketing, Richter will be responsible for heading the
research and development activities for Kaivac's entire
product line.
Richter has both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in
Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton,
Dayton, OH, his emphasis being thermal sciences and fluid
dynamics. His background includes management and leadership
roles in new product development with leading companies in
the electrical distribution industry.
He also is a Six-Sigma Green Belt. This honored
certification teaches advanced skills in product, process,
and design optimization, with the goal of near perfection at
all stages of product development.
"We feel honored to have John join our research and
development team," says Morrison. "His credentials are
outstanding and he will make a substantial contribution to
our efforts here at Kaivac."
According to Richter, working for Kaivac has several
benefits. "It is an opportunity to work for a highly
innovative company in a fast-paced environment," he says.
Richter adds that he is excited that Kaivac has made such a
positive impact on Hamilton, OH. "This part of the country
has had its share of economic problems," he says, "but
Kaivac is a driving force for economic growth throughout the
area."
