According to InformationWeek, a survey of U.S. hiring managers and human resources professionals shows that 40 percent of businesses are expecting to add full-time, permanent employees in 2007. They also expect to pay more than double of what was expected in salaries.
The poll also indicated that roughly 40 percent of those participating in the study said they had difficult time attracting qualified candidates and were considering boosting pay to recruit and maintain workers.
