Roughly 700 janitors and trades staff working for the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board commented that recent budget concerns have them considering a strike. According to The Mississauga News, Ontario, Canada, workers are concerned that new supervisors will hinder budget negotiations.
As noted in the article, there is currently no significant funding coming for custodial and trades services from the recent budget.
